Data Controller
The Data Controller is O.M.P. Officine Mazzocco Pagnoni S.r.l. (“OMP“), whose contact details are available on the contact page and/or in the footer of the ompaftermarket.com website. OMP is committed to protecting personal data in compliance with (i) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR“) and (ii) the applicable Italian national data protection legislation (“National Data Protection Laws“).

OMP personnel (regardless of their specific contractual role), particularly those involved in the aftermarket and marketing activities, may process personal data as persons authorised to process data, pursuant to the National Data Protection Laws and Article 29 of the GDPR.

The data subjects (“Data Subjects“) are individuals who, as employees, managers, or legal representatives of a company interested in learning about and contacting OMP (“Company/Companies”), fill out the form available at the web address [●] (“Form”).

OMP processes the personal data included in the Form, including the following personal data:
– full name;
– mail address;
– VAT number (it constitutes personal data only in the case of a sole proprietorship);
– telephone number (it constitutes personal data only if it is the number of a natural person).
Purpose of Processing
The purpose of processing personal data is to contact the Companies interested in learning about and connecting with OMP.
Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the Data Subject prior to entering into a contract.
Data retention period
The data of the Data Subjects are retained for the shortest time necessary to establish a contact with the Company and, in any case, for no longer than six months, unless a new legal basis for processing arises (for example, the performance of contractual obligations).
Data recipients
Personal data may be disclosed to external parties who, depending on the circumstances and based on agreements with OMP, may act as independent data controllers, joint controllers, or data processors. These recipients may belong to the following categories:
(i) companies within the same corporate group;
(ii) providers of IT infrastructure development, management, support, and maintenance;
(iii) providers of management software, applications, hardware, and related support/maintenance services;
(iv) providers of connectivity and email services, including related support/maintenance.
OMP provides details about processors and recipients upon request by the data subject.
Nature of data provision
Providing personal data is voluntary and not mandatory. However, failure to provide such data will prevent OMP from contacting the Company.

Personal data are processed using appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
Data Subjects’ Rights
Each data subject may exercise the rights provided under the GDPR (Articles 15–22), including the right to access, rectify, update, erase and restrict processing and data portability, by sending an email to privacy@omppumps.com.
Complaint
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority.
Updates to This Policy
OMP reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy in light of changes in national or EU data protection legislation or as a result of changes in the purposes of processing. Updated versions will replace the previous ones and will become effective and applied upon publication on the website.
